"Family Dinner" is an R&B / Soul / Hiphop showcase, created to highlight the incredible talent Berlin has to offer.
We also collaborate with various culinary pop ups in Berlin, with the aim to tell the story of our guest artists through an experiential format. Stories of migration, especially within the community of artists are of course so unique and complex. Food is just one way of unravelling and paying homage to our root. Really we just tryna bring people together and eat good.
Curated and run by Johnny Kulo, his band: The Innerpockets, take on the role of the house band for guest artists, creating a one of the kind show for each artist. One of the reasons we started Family Dinner was to make it easier for artists with no experience with a live band to get the opportunity to get on stage with a full band as well.
